2026 Mt. Morris Jamboree
 Free Friday Night Concerts
on the Campus

We're excited to announce the schedule for the 2026 season of free live music on the bandshell in the center of town on our beautiful and historic Campus!

We have the best free concerts in Ogle County and the Friday night Mt. Morris Jamboree concerts are why. Regional and national musicians bring a variety of styles like folk, rockabilly, country, classic rock and tribute bands to the campus during the summer. There are some permanent benches and lots of green space for lawn chairs. Arrive early to get a good spot and sample the food scene, visit the art gallery and Mt. Morris Historical Museum in College Hall on the campus, or shop the sidewalk vendors.

The concerts are free, although donations are welcome.

Diane Palmer also videos the concerts live on Facebook and then posts them on YouTube and on the premiere community website - Moundertown.com (this website!) under the Summer Concerts Videos page. (In fact, you will see all videos going back to 2023 along with 2026 concerts, so if you missed one or more, or want to rewatch any, that is your place to go!) Thanks also to Ed Higley for sharing the concerts on 104.1 FM radio every week!
